Sinasera24 雙濱共好店家
「Sinasera」一詞,源自阿美族語的「大地」,「24」為中國二十四節氣。Sinasera24依照天地四時運行,使用長濱方圓40公里內的在地食材,設計出春分、穀雨、霜降、冬至等不同節氣的主題菜單。楊主廚深入暸解在地食材,也協助偏鄉農業。他希望能為長濱美好食材做最好的詮釋,讓世界能因他的料理而看見長濱。

“Sinasera” means “earth” in the Amis Language and “24” represents the 24 solar terms. Sinasera24 uses seasonal produce from Changbin and it’s surrounding areas to create a themed menu inspired by the different solar terms (e.g. Vernal Equinox, Wheat rain, Frost, Winter Solstice, etc). Headchef Yang not only understands the local produce and ingredients, but also contributes to rural agriculture. Headchef Yang hopes to exhibit the beautiful local produce of Changbin through his food, and place Changbin on the global map.

谷泥悠的老闆Leo是當地的原住民青年,露營區以父親名字來命名,是一個充滿原住民元素的梯田式露營區,露營區雖無華麗的裝飾,卻處處都能見到融入原住民語彙的設計巧思。

Leo, the owner of Gu Ni Yo campsite, is a young local aborigine who named the campsite after his father. The terraced campsite is full of aboriginal elements. Although the campsite doesn’t have luxurious and opulent decorations, the campsite is full of rich aboriginal language and design techniques.

在「聽風說故事」園區佔地1500坪,民宿僅提供二間房間,最多接待七個人、二組客人。一開門就可以看見廣闊的太平洋、後倚金剛山,夜有滿天繁星。「聽風說故事」不提供早餐,為的是讓旅客睡到自然醒,但主人會貼心為客人準備簡單食材,加熱就可以享用,可以依照自己步調放鬆生活。
民宿主人阿敏希望「聽風說故事」民宿是一間能療癒人心的民宿,讓來訪的旅人暫時放下平常生活的角色,在這裡活成自己喜歡的樣子,充滿電再回去原本的生活努力打拼,願每個人都能得到幸福。

'Listen to the Wind's Story' is a tranquil B&B spanning around 5000 sqm, with two rooms that can host up to seven guests. Located with views of the Pacific Ocean and Jingang Mountain, it offers a star-filled night sky. The B&B doesn't serve breakfast, encouraging guests to relax and self-cater at their leisure. Owner Amin aims to create a healing and rejuvenating retreat where guests can unwind and recharge, fostering a space for happiness and relaxation.

「竹湖山居」坐落在立山面海的環境之中,是由阿田與美菊耕耘的有機農園,景色優美、生態豐富,被譽為賞鳥的絕佳勝地。這裡的特點之一是阿田對樹木的熱愛,以及他滿懷各式生態知識,三十年來種植了數萬棵樹木,讓這片土地充滿生機。

農園提供民宿空間,共有三種房型,每間都可住2至4人,房內配備觀星浴缸、淋浴間、音響、景觀閱讀區,室內外均有 WIFI。民宿提供的美味餐食也是一大亮點,包括的長濱漁港鮮魚,以及長濱市場的鄰里作物,更有自家種植的野菜蔬果。這裡絕不能錯過的是台灣最長的500公尺樹冠滑索,還有三索橋和藤蔓路,而夏天也舉辦青年夏令營。

主人阿田的願景是建立一個植物的戶外教室,並設立殼斗科植物復育中心,未來更希望朝著公益服務的方向邁進。

"JUHU" is an organic farm nestled in the picturesque environment facing the Pacific Ocean. Owned by A-Tian and Mei-Ju, this ecologically rich area is renowned for bird-watching, A-Tian's passion in tree planting, and more than 30 years of extensive ecological knowledge. Accommodation includes three room types for 2-4 people, with star-gazing bathtubs, shower facilities, Wi-Fi, and scenic reading areas. Meals feature fresh seafood from nearby port, local produce, and homegrown veggies/fruits. Not to be missed here is Taiwan's longest 500-meter canopy zip line, along with rope bridges and vine trails. In the summer, JUHU hosts youth camps for A-Tian envisions an outdoor plant classroom and a shell mound conservation center, along with focuses on public service.

「灰黑橘黃」位於海岸邊,讓旅客可以貼近太平洋觀賞日出。整棟民宿僅採用「灰、黑、橘、黃」四種色彩,灰黑橘黃民宿希望旅人能夠放慢腳步,享受身心的寧靜與平和。
民宿於2004年發想,由七位擁有相同夢想的女性共同創辦。這裡是一個太平洋邊的避世角落,適合尋找寧靜的旅人,來到這裡閱讀、品味咖啡及美食。這裡提供雙人房和單人房,每間房間都設有簡易廚房可供使用。民宿為客人準備美味的手工麵包、咖啡和水果,客人可依照自己意思製作早餐。公共區域還有一個手工生活物件展售空間,販售自製果醬、手工巧克力、布飾、陶作、耳環等精湛工藝品。

"Gray Black Orange Yellow" is situated along the coast, offering guests a chance to immerse themselves in the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking sunrises. The entire guesthouse is named after four colors: gray, black, orange, and yellow, hoping to inspire travelers to adopt a more leisurely pace with serenity, and rejuvenate their minds and bodies. Thought in 2004 by seven visionary women, this tranquil corner by the Pacific Ocean is the perfect place for reading, savoring coffee, and relishing delicious cuisine. 位於金剛山腳下的「沐山民宿」,是主人夫婦將他們的家變身為與大自然親近的民宿空間,也是他們兩人的夢想實現。為了放慢腳步,這裡只接待續住兩晚以上的旅客,並提供三種房型;一樓的溪房三人房、二樓的發呆雙人房,或是樓中樓的樹房雙人房。早餐有女主人提供的當季蔬果以及美味的手工麵包,這裡的傢俱都呈現自然質樸的風貌,彷彿回到了溫馨的家。

公共空間中有小小的閱讀區,旅客能在此沈浸在文學與音樂的世界,找到屬於自己的舒適角落。也有簡單的廚房配備,讓旅客能在這個寧靜的空間中輕鬆嘗試製作一些不生油煙的輕食料理。

Located at the foot of Mount Jingang, “Moon Mountain B&B” is a dream come true for the couple who have transformed their home into a guesthouse that fosters a deep connection with nature. They offer three types of rooms: the Creek Room, accommodating three guests on the ground floor; the Contemplation Room, designed for two guests on the first floor; and the Tree Room, a loft-style double room. To promote a more leisurely pace of life, they now exclusively welcome guests who stay for a minimum of two nights. For breakfast, the hostess serves seasonal fruits and homemade bread. The overall furniture in this space radiates a natural and rustic cozy-home charm. In the common areas, guests can find a small reading corner and a simple kitchen setup.

在分手巧克力 ,每一個房間都只能住一個人,每一天除了海浪聲,「四周一片寂靜,連最細微的聲音也聽的出來……在這種情況下,思想會浮到表面……..」這時候,你知道了分手是喜事。也許是和人和事和物,分手不是相背,而是整合;不是丟棄,而是超越。

「分手巧克力」不提供早餐,為的是讓旅客依照自己步調放鬆生活,但主人會貼心為客人準備簡單食材,加熱就可以享用。走出房門就可以看到海、聽見海,隨處可見都是民宿主人高媛貞的各種手工藝術創作,小至茶墊、大至裝置藝術,無處不美。

全館 13 間客房,由 10 位設計師規劃,每間客房都有獨特的設計風格。會館一樓是法式餐廳 Sinasera 24,主廚特別受邀從南法返回台灣,落腳於此,旅客也可以選擇預訂一泊二食的住宿方案。

坐落於梯田間的「山腳下的金剛芭比」民宿,可以欣賞山勢壯麗的金剛山與遠處的海洋。白色建築巧妙地融入山坡之間,別具一格,這裡共有三間雙人房,每間房間皆配備Wi-Fi和小冰箱,早上有女主人親自準備的豐盛早餐,除了自家種植的蔬菜外,還有來自當地小農的土雞蛋和水果。為維護鄉村夜晚的寧靜,晚上七點後需要自行辦理入住手續。
這裡不以名設計師的建築風格為名,而是主人夫婦精心經營的溫馨環境。旅客可以被山景、海景和田野美景包圍,無論是漫步於附近小徑,仰望無光害的星空,或是在寧靜夜晚入眠,都能與大自然親近共處。

"Gǔ Róng Yìng Shuǐ Eco Park" is situated in Zhangyuan Village, Changbin, surrounded by the mountains of Nanxi Tribe near the ocean. The park features scattered "emperor stones," creatively incorporated into its architecture. With pleasant weather year-round, it's an ideal place to connect with nature and find one’s inner peace. Century-old banyan trees and Taiwan fagus wood add to its charm. There's a natural hiking trail crafted by the owner and his son, and guided by banyan tree experts.

這家位於風景如畫的台東縣長濱鄉的餐廳,供應以當地阿美族傳統風味為主軸的美式料理,也融合了本土文化的精髓。此外,「三個男人」還提供一系列精心策劃的長濱半日遊活動,這些活動旨在讓遊客深入了解當地的自然和文化,例如金剛山的森林探險、舒奈沙灘的潮間帶採集,以及長光部落的歷史尋跡。

Together, they established "Three Men," seamlessly blending a restaurant with cultural immersion tours. Their mission is not only to tantalize taste buds but also to inspire local youths to embrace entrepreneurship and safeguard the heritage of their homeland. Nestled in the idyllic landscapes of Changbin Township, Three Men presents a tantalizing fusion of American-style cuisine infused with the authentic flavors of the local Amis tribe.
In addition to culinary delights, Three Men curates half-day tours of Changbin, inviting visitors to delve into the region's natural splendor and diverse cultural heritage. 位於長濱「銘展青果行」經營已逾20年。每天早上6:50開店,店面簡樸,多以在地人為主,在這裡可以購買到當季最新鮮的水果,特別是當地香蕉、芭樂等水果種類。即便沒有招牌,卻深受當地居民的喜愛,成為他們購買新鮮水果的首選。

作為一間在地的青果行,已是當地生活的一部分。即便是偶爾的遊客,如果想品嚐當地的特色產品,老闆娘會熱心介紹當地小農的物產,店內擺放了豐富的在地小農寄售物品。

巴歌浪船屋藝術園區 Pakelang Houseboat Art District 雙濱共好店家
巴歌浪為阿美族語,象徵一件事情的結束,無論婚.喪.喜.慶.舉行巴歌浪的儀式活動之後(海邊捕魚煮炊),相互叮嚀調適自已的心情,回到正常的生活。
船屋「民宿」位在花東特殊的地理交界處,多種原生保育類植物,台灣最年輕的玄武岩{2億5千年}就位在進入船屋的入口處,一座白色水泥打造的船屋造形,像是在陸地行駛的漁船,以四大主題為主的海景房分別為船長室、大副、輪機室、船員室。
藝術園區內有木雕現場創作,燒畫創作欣賞,有不定期的音樂表演,融合生活與美學的無菜單料理海景餐廳,還有結合在地食材的下午茶及特色飲品,每一道料理都是關於生活文化背後的故事,露營區海平面十公尺,全台最靠近日出地方,我們支持所有生活藝術家在這裡表現自已。

Pakelang Houseboat Art District

“Pakelang” is a term from the Amis language that symbolizes the conclusion of an event, whether it’s a marriage, mourning, a joyous occasion, or a celebration. Following the Pakelang ceremony, which involves cooking fish by the sea, the Amis encourage one another to regain their composure and return to their daily lives.
The Pakelang Houseboat, located at a unique geographic convergence of Hualien and Taitung, is surrounded by a variety of indigenous conservation plants, with Taiwan’s youngest basalt, aged 250 million years, marking the entrance. Its exterior, crafted from white cement to mimic a fishing boat, features four major themed ocean-view rooms.
The Art District hosts live wood carving and pyrography, as well as music performances. An omakase-style restaurant merges life and aesthetics, offering ocean views alongside afternoon tea and signature drinks made from local ingredients. Each dish tells a story about the culture of life. The camping area, situated just ten meters above sea level, provides the closest vantage point to the sunrise in Taiwan. At the Pakelang Houseboat, we encourage artists to freely express themselves.

旅食盒子創始於2016年,早期以出攤的方式移動在東海岸各個大小市集。2021年扎根於長濱樟原,前方面山、後院是海,旅食盒子這間30年的房子,多是靠兩位民宿主人徒手整理而成。二樓空間提供背包住宿,是旅人溫暖安心的駐所,一樓除了提供夜宿旅人營養豐盛的早餐,也在早午餐時段對外開放。

擁有理工腦袋的阿寬,喜歡研究各種器具修繕,民宿大小零件修復大多靠他鑽研處理;偶爾也會協助解決旅人朋友車輪刺破的突發狀況、還解救過好幾個鑰匙鎖在車內的困境。

旅行經驗豐富的仔仔,清楚旅人所需,希望夜宿不只是有一個床位歇息,而是在打開感官的旅行中,安放身心,充飽電力再出發。

Founded in 2016, Travelfood Traveltime started as a mobile stall along the East Coast before settling in Changbin in 2021. This 30-year-old house, renovated by the owners, offers cozy backpacker accommodation on the second floor and serves nutritious breakfasts on the first. The B&B is run by Ah Kuan, a tech-savvy fixer, and Zi Zi, who focuses on providing a rejuvenating experience for travelers. They engage in activities like cooking, hosting workshops, and sharing their passions. Their motto, 'Do what you love, follow your own path, and be a support for East Coast travelers,' captures the essence of Travelfood Traveltime, aiming to offer guests the joy of simple living and the beauty of Hualien and Taitung.

一耕食堂 雙濱共好店家
食堂裡的醃漬料理,是將部落裡餐桌的常備菜:fukah(酸筍)、siraw(醃肉)、anato(醃魚)。過去部落的生活型態,經濟條件不富裕,醃漬與煙燻是保存珍貴食材的方法,也延伸了適合的料理方式。通常是重要場合與節慶,或是大人物的來訪,才有機會嚐一嚐。
只是現在吃的選擇變多,當沒有人想吃醃漬菜,部落裡的長輩就漸漸收手不再製作了,在傳統原民的食智慧成為回憶之前,一耕食堂將原民醃漬作為料理的核心精神,與其他食物做結合,符合大眾普遍能接受的味道,逐步征服攻陷旅人挑嘴的味蕾。

來到長濱,舞嗨絕對是最「美」的文化空間。這裡說的美是阿美族的「美」喔 ~嚴選在地食材、香料、鹹豬肉製作獨一無二的阿「美」族Pizza,還有部落媽媽手作風味餐。不用預約,對店家巧雲來說,美食是讓旅客認識在地文化的媒介,「我希望旅人能留在這裡四、五天,把腳步放慢,用心去感受這邊的風、竹林、陽光、海水,會感覺到內心的能量被激發!」。舞嗨也提供小車屋住宿體驗~

In Changbin, Wu-Hai is definitely the most beautiful cultural space. Here, travelers can experience the beauty of the Amis tribe by trying unique Amis pizza made from local ingredients and salted pork, and homemade tribal-style meals made by tribal mothers. No reservation is required.

Qiao Yun, the owner, believes food is a channel for travelers to learn about the local culture. "I hope travelers can stay here for four to five days, slow down and feel the wind, the bamboo forest, sunlight, and the seawater with their hearts. It will kindle the energy within them!" Wu-Hai also offers limited accommodations.

「其實阿美族的生活態度,本來就走在SDGs的前端。」除了吃當季食材,在海中的捕獵也不會趕盡殺絕;吃大的、留小的,取用剛剛好的就好,這是阿美族的生活價值觀。舞嗨力行無塑行動,不提供外帶、吸管、寶特瓶等塑膠製品,店內設飲水機,歡迎旅人攜帶水壺裝水。除了和旅人分享阿美族文化,巧雲也號召並透過舉辦不定期講座、活動與文化交流培力返鄉青年,巧雲希望和返鄉青年傳達:「優勢就在你的身邊」,讓文化得已永續傳承。

Regarding SDGs, Qiao Yun says, "The Amis way of life has always been at the forefront of SDGs." They eat seasonal products and only take what is needed. Wu-Hai is plastic-free, and does not provide take-out boxes, straws, or plastic bottles. Instead, they have a water dispenser for travelers to refill their water bottles.

In addition to sharing Amis culture with travelers, Qiao Yun also organizes lectures, activities, and cultural exchanges for the tribal youth. She hopes the Amis youth will realize that they are in a position to inherit and preserve the Amis culture.

「懶人院」是一座以70年代老屋改建而成的咖啡館。其保留歷史裝潢、水泥地板、木窗,來訪者可體驗過往東海岸居民日常生活。戶外欖仁樹下座位,遠離空調、體驗清新空氣,每個有靠背的座席都是進入專屬於長濱悠閒、慢生活的入口。
「懶人院」以手作甜點、自家焙煎咖啡、藝文空間見稱。沒有繁華的擺盤,只有店主心得創造的作品。店主家族過往經營烏龍茶園,以重視回甘喉韻的想法做中深焙度的咖啡,好與自家甜點達到平衡、襯托的味覺設計。不張揚的店主個性,只有在杯盤及味覺間細細品味,才能理解其雅緻。

「懶人院」購買部落長輩所採集的野菜,如真柄長輩當季的芋頭等,支持在地小農以減少食材取用碳足跡。環保方面,「懶人院」飲品搭配秀姑巒溪產開卡蘆吸管,開卡蘆除為溪畔防風固沙,一年減少使用約950根塑膠吸管的結果,達到減少28,000克碳排放。

「懶人院」定期舉辦東部藝術家作品展,店家與藝術家簽署平等、透明的異業合作協議。尊重部落文化,並提倡著不僅是商業,更是一種社區參與和文化保護的平台。店家支持多元性別的權利,舉辦多元性別畫展。

KKBB 雙濱共好店家
「KKBB民宿」坐落於坐落在長濱金剛山谷的寧靜角落,是一處極富詩意的住宿選擇。屋主Eddie和Jenney夫妻在20年前決定遠離繁囂搬來長濱,並花了整整4年的時間打造這座被譽為「長濱蓋最久的民宿」。建築選用平實的洗石子外牆和清水泥內牆,建築與室內外的陶磚、陶盤是由Jenney 親自設計、燒製。Eddie則利用建築的廢棄鋼筋、鐵件、木頭做成椅子和家飾品。

KKBB民宿沒有冷氣,卻憑藉斜屋頂上的氣窗巧妙地保持通風,依賴山谷的自然風,營造出舒適宜人的環境。為了提供更為私密的入住體驗,他們堅持一次只接待一組客人,並且每個月僅開放10天,以保有主人夫妻自己的生活空間。而如果天氣晴朗,坐在戶外仰望星空更是一種享受。

KKBB提供2人房和4人房,並附有DIY早餐食材,讓您在這片隱世感十足的民宿中,感受純樸、自然的山居生活。

「彎進來景觀餐廳」不只有無敵海景,餐桌上的創意料理更是每每讓旅人感到驚艷!嚴選當季、購買當地最新鮮食材,如日本禿頭鯊、飛魚製作料理。孫麗華說:「我找到當地的食材、沒有污染的蔬菜、香料、薑黃,學習在地人方式料理,再加入一些自己的創意,形成特色風味,這就是料理最有趣的地方!」。外省口味獅子頭,絕對令人再三回味。在這裡很容易遇到對的人,建議至少三天兩夜,深度慢遊,體會雙濱的好山好水。

"Wan Jin Lai" restaurant not only offers unbeatable sea views, but also many creative cuisines. Dishes are prepared with carefully selected seasonal and local ingredients, such as the monk goby and the flying fish. Sun Li-hua says, "I find local ingredients, clean vegetables and spices, and learn to cook like the locals. Then I add my own ideas to create new flavors. That's why cooking is so interesting!" Dishes, such as the lion's head meatballs, which are served here, will definitely leave a lasting impression. It's easy to meet other travelers here as well, and it is best to stay at least three days to fully experience the beautiful mountains and ocean in the area.

彎進來的民宿原本不想裝冷氣,但氣候地球暖化太嚴重,更覺得環保的重要。環境清潔使用不傷害身體的檸檬海鹽、有效去油分解的食用級蘇打,檸檬酸取代起泡劑,不污染海洋天然的無患子做清洗劑,也有自己的污水過濾系統,希望用之於環境,也要把乾淨的水還給自然。不提供一次性用品為原則,希望帶給旅客綠色旅遊的環保概念。

Originally, “Wan Jin Lai” didn't want to install air conditioning at its guesthouse. However, global warming has left them with no choice. It has also made them realize the importance of environmental protection. As a result, “Wan Jin Lai” uses environmentally friendly cleaning products, such as lemon sea salt which doesn't harm the body, food-grade baking soda that effectively removes oil, lemon acid instead of foaming agents, and natural soap nuts for cleaning that does not pollute the ocean. They also installed their own sewage filtration system, so they would return clean water to the environment. Single-use products are not provided, so guests can enjoy an eco-friendly travel experience.

「椿果民宿」的命名源自民宿主人摯愛的父母的名字。這裡每次只接待一組客人,環繞無敵海景,讓旅人的心靈得到洗滌和放鬆。民宿主人尋求簡化生活的繁瑣,希望這個溫暖的住所,能讓旅人能得到心靈的寧靜。

民宿主人明慧姐以天然無農藥的野菜及民宿周圍種植、自然生長的香椿、刺蔥、木瓜、芭蕉和香蕉等作物入菜,加上手工烘培不添加任何防腐劑的麵包,製作色香味俱全的蔬食早餐。

“Chun Guo Inn” bed and breakfast is named after its owner's beloved parents. It houses only one group of guests at a time, so visitors can immerse themselves in its unbeatable sea views and relax their minds. Minghui, the owner, seeks a simple lifestyle and hopes that this warm haven can provide tranquility for the travelers' souls. She serves dishes made from naturally grown, pesticide-free, wild vegetables and fruits such as papayas, bananas, and plantains grown in the area. She also bakes preservative-free bread by hand, creating lovely vegetarian breakfasts with vibrant colors, delightful aromas, and wonderful flavors.

民宿主人深知雙濱地區距離醫院較遠,因此注重生機飲食與身體健康,與當地果農合作,推廣生機飲食與健康的概念。選用環保標章的洗髮精沐浴乳,但不提供一次性使用的牙膏牙刷。若旅客入住多日,建議將毛巾和被單帶到頂樓以台東的陽光自然殺菌;為了想營造無光害的環境,夜間僅提供可愛的提燈供星空下漫步。

海邊小巫空間整理中,菜園也正在慢慢開墾,之後會提供自然僻靜生活的空間、天然發酵輕食、野生酵母麵包,也可能會有野餐、私廚活動,也歡迎身心靈課程老師來大自然裡開課,期待空間開放後與你們相遇!

「金剛山獨木舟基地」是由返鄉青年南州與日本的藤樫寬子小姐夫妻共同經營。南州原本從事導播攝影工作,然而,他內心一直有創業的渴望,於是他決定返鄉部落開設結合水上活動的露營區。基地提供獨木舟體驗課程、SUP、露營、車宿及生態導覽等多元服務。

"SurfMonkey" is jointly operated by the returning youth Nanzhou and Ms. Kagayashi Hiroko from Japan. Nanzhou, originally in television production and photography, decided to return to his hometown tribe and establish a camping site that combines with water activities, including canoe experiences, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), camping, car camping, and ecological tours.

來到長濱20多年,今年已經七十歲的詹師姐以六十幾種蔬菜水果再生花酵素,經一年以上發酵期、後調配而成。除了三款酵素可供選擇外,也有客製化的選項,凡舉任何腸胃不適、經期絮亂、改善體質、增強免疫力的需求,都有對應改善的酵素可分享給到訪的旅客。

Ms. Zhan, now 70 years old, has been living in Changbin for over 20 years. She specializes in enzymes, which she creates by fermenting more than 60 types of vegetables and fruits for over a year, and then blending them into various recipes. In addition to three standard options, Ms. Zhan makes customized enzymes for digestive discomfort, menstrual irregularities, improving overall health, and enhancing immunity.

詹師姐認為把每一個人、環境都照顧好,地球才能夠永續健康。堅持自然農法,與環境友好方式種植的蔬菜水果,身體力行無塑生活,減少垃圾產生。詹師姐說 : 「會傷害地球的東西,我一次都不會使用!」,她寧可部分葉菜被到訪的小蟲吃掉,也不使用化學農藥、即便堆肥所使用的米糠、木屑也都親自挑選沒有泡藥的原材。她把酵素分享給每個幫助她的人、聘請當地的部落青年,以終結貧窮、互助共好為目標。

Ms. Zhan believes that in order for the Earth to be sustainable and healthy, every person and environment must be well taken care of. She cultivates vegetables and fruits in an environmentally friendly manner and practices a plastic-free lifestyle to reduce waste. Ms. Zhan says, "I won't use anything that harms the Earth, not even once!" She would rather let the insects eat some of the leafy vegetables than use chemical pesticides. She even selects the rice bran and sawdust used for composting personally to ensure they are free from chemical treatment. She shares her enzymes with everyone who helps her and hires local tribal youth, hoping to end poverty and promote mutual well-being.

「Dongi 茹妮」雜貨店是由返鄉的志勇與豫禎夫妻共同經營,位於真柄部落,是非常具質感、重新改造的雜貨店空間。豫禎在2018年回到部落,看到曾經繁華的店面被閒置,決定將婉惜的心情轉換成主動的改變,兩個夫妻開始著手改造計畫。2023年,他們終於讓這間店面焕發新生,並隆重舉辦了開幕式。
本身就從事室內裝修的志勇,巧妙的拼貼鐵件與廢材的再利用成為樸拙而獨具風格的素材,整間店面有著溫暖舒適的氛圍。雜貨店不僅提供各種部落所需的用品,更以部落美食吸引旅人,店內主推當季野菜泡麵與醒酒麵,讓旅人能在店內吧檯品嚐部落媽媽們自家種植的蔬菜及山上採收的野菜。
東管處近幾年積極推動部落遊程,以一烈!海派過生活為品牌,「Dongi 茹妮」為此品牌店面之一,他們積極推動東海岸部落工作假期、童部野放等計畫,並提供與部落文化相關的體驗服務。

"Dongi Grocery Store" is newly opened and jointly operated by the returning couple, Zhiyong and Yuzhen, located in Zhenbin Village. They lovingly renovated the once idle storefront, infusing it with a warm and unique atmosphere, combining Zhiyong's interior decoration skills with recycled materials. The store serves as a community hub, offering essential goods and local delicacies, including seasonal vegetable noodles and hangover noodles made from locally sourced ingredients. They actively participate in tribal tours promoted by the Tungkang Cultural Office under the brand "TRIVEL IN SEA STYLE," which includes tribal work holidays, children's tribal adventures, and experiential services related to tribal culture.

「小藍點香草麵包坊」主人珮芳與登庸夫婦過去從事森林生態調查,多年前,他們帶著他們的孩子,從台北遷居至臺東,追求與大自然和諧共存的生活。過去幾年,登庸、珮芳一方面栽種有機香氛植物與廠商合作;另一方面也和餐廳相互配合,提供多樣性的可食香草,如:茴香、蝶豆花、芳香萬壽菊、迷迭香、香茅、墨西哥龍艾等⋯⋯,讓精緻料理的餐桌,融入土地四時山與海的氣味。2022年,他們租下台11線旁的一間老房,將其改造成「小藍點香草麵包坊」,製作各色健康有機香草手作,如:季節手採香草茶、純露、精油和手工麵包、米布丁等,並提供在地友善環境的農產品與蔬果。這個溫馨的空間,也成為朋友們方便聚會交流的新據點。

對於珮芳和登庸來說,離開城市的選擇讓他們感受到了大自然的祝福,而友善土地的信念,使他們連結了人與人的關係,包括了廚師與農人與自然之間的真誠合作。

"Tiny Blue Bakery," owned by the couple Pei-Fang and Deng-Yong, was born out of their desire for a more harmonious life with nature after quitting their forest ecology research jobs in Taipei. They cultivate fragrant and edible herbs and collaborate with local restaurants, infusing local seasons into exquisite dishes. In 2022, they transformed an old house near Route 11 into a bakery, offering healthy herb-infused handmade bread, rice puddings, and local products, creating a cozy gathering space for friends. Their commitment to the land strengthens community bonds, fosters cooperation between chefs and farmers, and supports local culture and well-being.

位於台東縣長濱鄉最北端的水母丁溪源頭,水源非常豐富。
「花格格蓮莊」莊主美瑛出生在南溪部落,小時候全家移居台北,愛花的美瑛於2015年回到南溪部落,在家中廢耕水梯田裡採用自然農法友善土地種植方式開始種植上百種超過一千棵的香水蓮花,因不使用農藥,田裡生態非常豐富,有泥鰍、鱔魚、田螺,紅娘華,負子蟲,龍虱等等。蛙類更是豐富,有腹斑蛙、莫氏樹蛙,虎皮蛙,澤蛙,布氏樹蛙,小雨蛙等等。

花格格蓮莊以乾燥香水蓮花作為其主要展品,花期為夏秋兩季,朵朵鮮豔芳香的蓮花採收下來處理後日曬乾燥成蓮花茶,沖泡飲用香氣四溢更能回甘。美瑛除了會種蓮花,更使用週邊素材做些手作,如藤編籃,芒花掃把,月桃編籃等....自己在園子裏也有種植蔬菜,養雞,養魚,過著自給自足的生活,更進一步做成無菜單料理。

Water Lily Garden
Located at the pristine source of Jellyfish Ting Creek in the northern reaches of Changbin Township, Taitung County, the Water Lily Garden boasts an abundant water supply that nurtures its lush landscape.
The garden is the passion project of Mei Ying, who was born in the Nanxi Tribe. After spending her childhood in Taipei, her love for flowers called her back to Nanxi in 2015. In her family's once-abandoned terraced fields, she embarked on a journey of cultivating over a hundred varieties of more than a thousand fragrance water lilies, embracing natural farming practices that honor the land.
